The Culture Champions
How the happynesswalas inspire co-living, co-owning and co-working!
With this offering, Vaani and AVIS turn Culture Champions at their client organizations. These are 6~12-month projects. First, the happynesswalas pulse a substantial sample size of the organization to understand what people are thinking – and, importantly, why they are thinking that way. They then expertly design a series of virtual/live workshops that addresses the transformation imperative and touches every member of the organization – often times, more than once. Through this process, they focus on helping the entire organization to define, understand, embrace and own its key statements of intent – its Purpose, Vision, Values, and Mission. The A-Team and middle-management are made key stakeholders in this initiative – this is intense, energizing, game-changing stuff!
