With this offering, Vaani and AVIS turn culture champions at their client organizations.
These are six-month to 12-month projects.
First, the happynesswalas™ pulse a substantial sample of the organization’s employees. This is to understand what people are thinking. And, importantly, they try to understand why the employees are thinking that way. They then expertly design a series of workshops that addresses the transformation imperative and touches every member of the organization – often times, more than once. Through this process, they focus on helping the entire organization to define, understand, embrace and own its key statements of intent – its purpose, vision, values and mission. The A-team and middle management are made key stakeholders in this initiative. This is intense, energizing, game-changing stuff!
